       Jenna McBride #24
Jenna McBride is one of the few athletes in history to make Team Canada for two sports in the same year: she made the national Ringette team for the 2004 World Ringette Championships in Sweden, and won gold in Finland at the 2004 World Ultimate Championships as part of the Junior Women’s national team.

Lucky for Stella, Jenna came on board in 2005, lending us her considerable talent, skill and dedication. A real all-star, Jenna is an unstoppable cutter. Whether striking deep against a man defense or tearing up the field against a zone, she seems to get the disc at will.

Hailing from North York, Ontario, Jenna got her start in the world of competitive athletics at age 4 when she entered a local Ringette league. Before long, Jenna was also zooming around on any basketball court, and ultimate and soccer field she could find.

This natural athlete is also a gifted singer and musician. Jenna plays the guitar and the piano, and studied singing at Ottawa’s Canterbury High School.

As if that weren’t enough, she’s brainy, too! Jenna is currently working towards a science degree at Queen’s University.

Yep, she’s pretty unbelievable. And, unfortunately for you single guys out there, she’s totally unavailable. Jenna has already captured the heart of a certain shaggy-haired Phoenix player. In his words: “She’s the coolest cat in the world!!!”
