       Kat Lemieux #10
Once look at her and her personal trainer told her “You were born to run”. Stella took one look at her a few years ago and said “You were born to play Ultimate”. She’s the Kat and she’ll outrun, outlast, and outplay you EVERY TIME! Not only is she fast and furious, she knows the game better than most. From making a crucial D to striking deep for the much needed go-ahead goal, you can count on her to jump in and play any role on the field. She can even pull out an amazing layout from her bag of tricks (and this, just at practice). This girl is intense.

What most impresses me about this player is her dedication to the sport. When she’s not practicing or playing in a tournament, she’s out training hard. Her muscle definition is evidence of this. I have never seen such a lean muscle machine – the horses are all jealous. At night, when most of us are heading to bed with thoughts of songs for the next car ride or dance moves for the sideline show, her conversations often turn to the game. Sharing a home with a certain top competitive male athlete doesn’t hurt.

She’s speedy, strong, focused, and ferocious; but best of all, she lights up your day with her big sunshiny smile.
