Stella is a women’s touring ultimate frisbee team in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada.   In fact, she is the longest running women’s ultimate team in Eastern Canada.  She has won the Canadian Ultimate Championship (CUC) four times, in 1998, 2002, 2005, and 2008, and has played in five more National finals.

She trains hard in her “spare” time and practices harder with her teammates.  She competes in the Canadian summer series and the American fall series.  She is a member of the Ottawa Carleton Ultimate Association (www.ocua.ca).

Stella loves her ultimate community and gives back whenever she is able.  She runs women’s clinics in the summer and fall.  She organizes and coaches the Women’s Coached League, Foxy Ox, and Ugly Betty during the winter.  She coaches youth and junior ultimate, and volunteers at No Borders and other tournaments.  You can even see her at summer league finals doing whatever tasks need to be done.
