Ladies,

Do you want to tune up for the summer season in a comfortable setting with other women? And introduce your non-Ultimate playing female friends to our great game?

Please bring a friend and join us on April 15 for a FREE two hour pre-season skills clinic run by women exclusively for women. The first half will be a skills and strategy refresher suitable for ladies with 0 to 100 years of experience. The second half will be games where you can really show your non-Ultimate friends what frisbee’s all about. The teams will be balanced with a mix of beginner, intermediate, and advanced players – questions to the coaches/captains are encouraged!

Following the clinic there will be a Meet and Greet in the foyer where you can mingle with your teammates and opponents. There will be munchies and beverages available to clinic participants. This is a great opportunity to find new talent for your summer team(s) and check out your competition.

There’s only one rule – NO BOYS ALLOWED!
