Tryout Form

They will be held at Franco Cité High School (623 Smyth Rd) on the following dates:
- Sunday, Apr-15, 8:00 – 10:00 am
- Sunday, Apr-22, 8:00 – 10:00 am
- Sunday, Apr-29, 9:00 – 11:00 pm
What to bring to tryouts:
- $10 to each tryout to cover field costs
- cleats or turf shoes
- running shoes
- a white and a black jersey
- plenty of water
- clothes appropriate for the weather
